Abstract

The inclusion of BCA molecules in SnO2improves film coverage of ETL, regulates energy level, increases electron transport and migration ability, and enhances crystallization of perovskite. Overall, PSCs fabricated in open-air achieve a champion efficiency of 20.24%.
