Abstract

Trifluoroacetoxyborane-amines (TFAB-amines) are mild, chemoselective direct reductive amination agents. Compared to popular NaBH3CN and NaBH(OAc)3, TFAB-NEt3 provides improved yields for even challenging substrates.
