Abstract
Utilizing an ionic strategy, 9 global minimum (GM) and 2 quasi-GM 16ve-ptC species have been obtained from the carbon-group 13 family CXaYbZcKd (X, Y, Z, K = Al/Ga/In/Tl; 0 ≤ a, b, c, d ≤ 4, a + b + c + d = 4).
