Abstract

Via alloying Sn at Ga sites and Te at Se sites, we simultaneously optimize the carrier concentration and reduce the lattice thermal conductivity of Ag9GaSe6 and finally achieve a peak zT of 1.4 for the Ag8.9Ga0.9Sn0.1Se5.4Te0.6 sample.
