Abstract

New fluorescent molecular tools for the muscarinic acetylcholine M₂ receptor, bearing various fluorescent dyes, showed high M₂ receptor affinity in flow cytometric saturation binding studies at CHO–hM₂R cells (pK_d > 8.3).
