Abstract

In Sr3Eu2B4O12 phosphor with 100% activator Eu3+, the disorderly co-occupation of Sr and Eu evokes excellent thermal stability and perfect color purity. This new red phosphor is applied to fabricate a warm WLED with good color rendering index.
