Abstract
Acyl(chloro)phosphines RC(O)P(Cl)(t-Bu) have been prepared by formal insertion of tert-butyl phosphinidene (t-Bu–P) from t-BuPA (A = C14H10 or anthracene) into the C–Cl bond of acyl chlorides.
