Abstract
Ba6Y2Ti4O17 (BYTO) synthesized by semi-wet combustion route with hexagonal morphology confirmed by scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. A systematic investigation of dielectric, ferroelectric and magnetic properties of BYTO was carried out.
