Abstract

Compounds 1 and 12 were identified as hydrolase- or cyclase-selective inhibitors of the ectoenzyme with IC50 values of 4.0 and 20.8 mM, respectively. Both compounds promoted increases in cellular NAD+ levels and interferon γ in vitro.
