Abstract

Reactions of Cu(MeCN)4BF4 with an imine-phosphine and a diimine afforded mononuclear complexes [Cu(N^P)(N^N)]BF4, which serve as visible-light photosensitizers to facilitate intermolecular atom-transfer radical addition reactions.
