Abstract

Gd2.97−xCaxHfxScyAl3O12:0.03Ce garnet new phosphors were developed for high CRI w-WLED lighting, where the influence of the Ca2+/Hf4+ pair and Sc3+ on the crystal structure, local coordination and Ce3+ luminescence was determined.
