Abstract
β-Diketiminate calcium hydride complexes of the type [(DIPPnacnac)CaH·S]2(S = Et2O,N-Me-morpholine, DABCO) have been obtained. The solvent molecule plays a crucial part in stabilization towards ligand exchange and precipitation of CaH2.
