Abstract

Strong metal–support interaction (SMSI) over Ru/CaAlO_x was constructed by utilizing the surface structural reconstruction of Ca–Al layered double hydroxides (LDHs) in aqueous solution and their subsequent hydroxide-to-oxide transformations.
