Abstract

Doxorubicin hydrochloride (DOX)- and indocyanine green (ICG)-loaded microneedle (MN) patches (PVP@DOX/MSN@ICG) were successfully fabricated using a two-step casting process, which is a promising strategy for synergistic therapy of superficial tumors.
