Abstract

A dithione ligand was used to prevent the effect of pollution on the liver by converting the soluble Hg2+ into insoluble polymers which have good ability in I2 uptake. I2 capture of these polymers increases from polymer 1 to 3, and their toxicity decreases in the same way.
