Effects of increasing ligand conjugation in Cu(i) photosensitizers on NiO semiconductor surfaces

Abstract

Anchoring three Cu(i) complexes bearing ligands with varying conjugation onto a semiconductor surface yields photoelectrodes that exhibit similar photocurrent densities regardless of differences in the excited state manifold of the discrete molecules.
