Abstract

Photolysis of the matrix-isolated N-sulfonylamine HNSO₂ yields fragments HONO, HO˙, ˙NO, ˙NO₂, and S₂ and also novel isomers HONSO, HOSNO, HOS(O)N, HS(O)NO, HN(O)SO, HSONO, and a caged radical pair HOS˙⋯˙NO.
