Abstract

Herein, we demonstrated that selective organic–inorganic transformation is a simple but effective strategy to find new hydroxyfluorooxoborates. With this, Cs[B3O3F2(OH)2] with three-membered [B3O3F2(OH)2] clusters was synthesized.
