Abstract

The CO evolution rate of Fe1.96Ga0.04O3 is about 2.4 times that of pure Fe2O3. The introduction of Ga changes the electron spin state in CB, from spin up for Fe2O3 to spin down for Fe2−xGaxO3, resulting in the suppression of electron decay in VB.
