Abstract

We employ density-functional theory calculations and predict new, stable, monolayer ferroelectric materials, Al₂O₃/Y₂O₃ in the QL-In₂Se₃ structure, and that metal/QL-M₂O₃/graphene structures can function as prototype FE tunnel junctions or potentially graphene p–n junctions.
