Abstract

The effects of the hydrophobic alkyl chain length of Cm-E2O-Cm gemini surfactants (m = 12, 14 and 16) on ribonucleic acid were investigated using different methods. The various calculated parameters revealed that complexation occurs via an intercalative binding mode.
