Abstract

HRTEM image of Cu0.4SbTe thin film showing the presence of amorphous CuSbTe and crystallite of Sb2Te3, the Cu0.4SbTe is grown on flexible Nylon fiber which provides output voltage of 18.4 mV at a temperature gradient of 30 K.
