3D nanocrystalline metal–organic framework materials for the improved output performance of triboelectric nanogenerators

Abstract

A 3D nanocrystalline metal–organic framework material is prepared, which shows greatly improved output performance when used in a triboelectric nanogenerator. The charge density and electric power density reach 102.39 μC m−2 and 2451.04 mW m−2, respectively.
