Abstract

Gd³⁺-activated narrow-band ultraviolet-B persistent phosphors can be developed from Pr³⁺-, Pb²⁺- or Bi³⁺-activated ultraviolet-C or ultraviolet-B persistent phosphors through persistent energy transfer.
