Abstract

Novel Eu-doped Ba₃AlO₃PO₄ glass-ceramics were fabricated. Perfect white light emission (λ_ex = 325 nm) and improved anti-thermal quenching property were obtained. Results indicate Ba₃AlO₃PO₄:Eu glass-ceramics may have potential applications in W-LEDs.
