Abstract

Persistent photoconductivity of topotactic transformed Bi2S3 nested nano-networks is repeatedly operated by both thermal and surface chemical approaches in this work. Such operable persistent photoconductivity stems from the release of photo-stimulated carriers captured by deep level traps, and its repeatability is ensured by the excellent stability of the Bi2S3 nested nano-network.
