Abstract

A new deep ultraviolet trans-perovskite oxygen-free fluorosilicate K_2.64Cs_0.36SiF₇ was synthesized. It has a large band-gap of about 6.0 eV. By the calculations, the effects of the substitutional disorder on performance were compared.
