Abstract

The multifunctionalities of near-infrared upconversion luminescence, optical temperature sensing and long persistent luminescence are demonstrated in La₃Ga₅GeO₁₄:Cr³⁺,Yb³⁺,Er³⁺ and their potential coupling are discussed in detail.
