Abstract

This study introduces a tailored theoretical framework for a one-dimensional photonic crystal biosensor composed of (ZrO2/GaN)N/defect layer/(ZrO2/GaN)N, designed to detect Gram-positive and Gram-negative bloodstream bacteria employing the transfer matrix method.
