Abstract

Under the action of Eb, UV absorption layer and Eh, the responsivity (7.4, 1.3 mA W−1) and detectivity (7.5 × 1011, 3 × 1010 jones) were achieved in BFO/ZT multilayers at zero bias with 365 and 500 nm lights, the properties on Ni substrates were verified.
