Abstract
We found that methanol/KMnO4and acetaldehyde/FSS are exothermic, formaldehyde/FSS is endothermic, so based on the temperature effect, eliminated ethanol interference in detecting methanol in wines, also realized automatic analysis for methanol without sample pretreatment.
