Abstract

Ag2Se QDs exhibit novel dual emission with an unprecedented FWHM of 542 nm through doping slight lead ions and the fabricated Pb-doped Ag2Se QD-converted NIR mini-LEDs are promising alternatives for portable ultra-broadband NIR light sources.
