Silver(i) complexes of bis- and tris-(pyrazolyl)azine derivatives – dimers, coordination polymers and a pentametallic assembly

Abstract

Two solvatomorphs of [Ag(tpt)]BF₄·nMeNO₂(tpt = 2,4,6-tri{pyrazol-1-yl}pyridine) form face-to-face dimers linked by bridging pyrazolyl donors (left), or an unsupported chain-of-helicate dimers (right). Other assemblies supported by related heterocyclic ligands are also described.
