Abstract

A novel cyclic graft polymeric prodrug with heterogeneous grafts of hydrophilic oligo (ethylene glycol) and reducibly conjugated camptothecin was synthesized with greater in vitro cytotoxicity against cancer cells than the linear graft analogues.
