Abstract
The semi-classical Boltzmann theory, as implemented in the BoltzTraP code, was used to study the influence of varying the germanium content on the thermoelectric properties of the Heusler compounds, Fe2MnSixGe1−x (x = 0.0, 0.25, 0.5, 0.75 and 1.0).
