Abstract
A flowerlike BiOI/SnS2 p–n junction is prepared. P–n junction is formed by wide-band-gap n-type SnS2 and narrow-band-gap p-type BiOI. The p–n junction lead to improved electron–hole separation and enhancement in photocatalytic performance.
