Abstract
We compared OTA hepatotoxicity in vivo and in vitro. miR-122 regulated the CCNG1/p53 pathway in OTA-induced hepatocyte apoptosis. miR-122 also regulated the Bcl-w/caspase-3 pathway in OTA-induced hepatocyte apoptosis.
