Abstract

A new bis-benzoxazolylhydrazone of 2,6-diacetylpyridine and mononuclear Cu(ii) complexes based on it have been synthesized. An in vitro study showed that all Cu(ii) complexes exhibit high cytotoxic activity against the HepG2 cancer cell line.
