Abstract

LDL-mimetic lipid nanoparticles, decorated with MRI contrast agents and fluorescent dyes, were prepared by the covalent attachments of an apoB100-mimetic peptide, Gd(iii)-chelate, and rhodamine to enhance atherosclerosis in thein vivoimaging.
