Abstract

Planar heterojunction OLEDs with emission originating from layer-to-layer charge transfer were demonstrated with reduced efficiency roll-off and peak current/power/external quantum efficiencies of 41 cd A⁻¹, 53.7 lm W⁻¹ and 12.6%, respectively.
