Abstract

Simultaneous carbon and nitrogen removal capacity of 0.36 gCOD L−1 d−1 and 0.23 gN L−1 d−1 is achieved for a hybrid MAB–PD–ANAMMOX process treating synthetic wastewater (COD 175 mg L−1, NH4+–N 100 mg L−1).
