Temperature-dependent ZT values of (CuI)_y(Bi₂Te₃)_0.95−x(Bi₂Se₃)_x(Bi₂S₃)_0.05 (x = 0.05, 0.2; y = 0.0, 0.003) compounds compared with other related n-type compounds.
