Abstract

To improve the tumor cell active targeting, uptake efficiency and circulation time of doxorubicin (DOX) in vivo. Herein, we constructed a cleavable PEGylated hyaluronic acid nano-drug delivery system (HA–mPEG_2k–DOX) based on pH-responsive imine bond.
