Abstract

All-solid-state Z-scheme CdS/Co₉S₈-RGO heterostructures are synthesized by a facile one-pot hydrothermal method followed by annealing, which exhibit a H₂ evolution rate up to 4.82 mmol h⁻¹ g⁻¹ and a remarkable stability due to an efficient charge transfer and separation.
