Silver ions blocking crystallization of guanosine-based hydrogel for potential antimicrobial applications

Abstract
Ag+ was introduced to block the crystallization of FGd forming long lifetime stability supramolecular hydrogel (>6 months), which displayed low toxicity for NOK-SI cell and good antibacterial activities.
