Abstract

During water-oxidation reaction in the presence of RuR and CAN, a heterogeneous nano-sized Ru-Ce compound is detected, which is formed by the interaction of [(NH₃)₅RuORu(NH₃)₄ORu(NH₃)₅],^6+/7+ nitrate ions, and the products of the reduction of CAN.
