Abstract

Biosynthesized aECM-CS5-ELF containing p-N₃Phe was coupled with alkyne-containing vinyl polymers via click reaction. Specific adhesion of human umbilical vein endothelial cells onto the composite surface and subsequent temperature-sensitive detachment were also demonstrated.
