Abstract
Conjugation of N-hydroxyindole (NHI)-based LDH inhibitors to monosaccharide portions reveals that, among this series, α-d-mannose-NHI conjugate possesses the best properties in cancer cellular assays in terms of both antiglycolytic and antiproliferative activity.
