Pd single-atom decorated OMS-2 nanorod for efficient silane oxidation

Abstract

Single Pd atom-anchored OMS-2 material was synthesized and exhibited excellent catalytic performance for silane oxidation with H2O. Note that Pd species was trapped into frameworks of OMS-2 by substituting Mn ions and formed strong Pd–O bonds.
