Abstract
We report a chemoselective approach for the synthesis of fully substituted pyrroles via a one-pot four-component reaction from 5-amino-pyrazoles, aldehydes, dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylates and isocyanides in CH3CN using PTSA·H2O as a catalyst under ultrasound irradiation.
